Portraits by school photographers can be boring? Not with us! We are a bit different to your traditional school photography company – because we are all creative photographers!
Of course, we do start with a posed school photo, because it’s what many parents and grandparents want. It’s a timeless image that you can keep for years! We make sure to also capture a selection of photos that are very child led. This is so each child can show off their personality and have some fun. We pride ourselves on having a modern take on the traditional school photo. All of our photographers are studio trained so our school photography sessions can be compared to mini studio photoshoots with lots of smiles and giggles.
We are always happy to accommodate siblings from different year groups, which parents are thrilled to receive!

Variety of Images
When you choose us for your school photography or as your early years photographers, we take 3 images of the children giving parents a variety to choose from. We do a mix of traditional and fun to show off the children’s personality. We love to offer something for everyone in our schools photography!
Mix n Match Packs
Parents can mix and match not only individual images but sibling ones too. This means that parents only pay for 1 pack regardless of how many children they have or how many poses they want. It is offers like this that makes us popular and keeps our parents loyal!
20% Commission
As a thank you for choosing us to photograph your school we offer you 20% commission of the profits which are paid directly into the school bank within 60 days of photoshoot.
Free Staff Headshots
We offer free staff digital images for your staff board, website and brochure. And we are asked often – yes, we can photoshop you if you require!!
Free Child Images for School Software
We will send you a free headshot of each child so that you can update your school software. It means that you have the most recent portrait for your own records!
Mop Up Days
We know children can be poorly on photo day which is why we offer set mop up days at a local studio in County Durham. These can be booked a couple of times a year, and means that no-one misses out on photo day!
Don’t forget about your nursery
If your Primary School also has a preschool/nursery attached we can offer to match your nursery photoshoot prices to our primary school offers.
We can also offer group photos with siblings from different years, and we can combine packages so that parents get the best deal.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Before the photoshoot
- We secure a date and send you confirmation of your booking
- We provide a digital poster, should you need one.
- 2 weeks prior to your booking we ask for a list of children names so that we can make our unique QR codes for our hassle free online ordering system (we also send you these digitally so that if a parent loses the form you can easily print another one).
- We will also discuss timings and the ideal time for parents/carers to bring in siblings
- You can relax and leave it all to us!
On the day
- We will arrive early to set up
- We need a space that is just 3mx3m per photographer (photographer count will depend on the size of your school).
- We aim to have things ready to go just before school starts
- We suggest inviting parents in with younger siblings first
- We do suggest starting with the youngest in the school first. Please bring hair brushes and wipes for grubby faces!
- We use a unique QR system so each child has their own private gallery.
- Once we have finished the photoshoot we leave all the QR codes with you so that you can give them out to parents.
Ordering for Parents
- We aim to have the photographs online within two weeks. If your school is larger than 400 children, this may take slightly longer.
- Our online ordering is simple for parents to use so that they view, order and pay online
- Parents are offered the choice to have photos batch shipped to the school or direct shipping to their home address.
- We offer discounts within certain timeframes and allow parents to mix and match their photo packs.
- Roughly 1-2 months after the photoshoot we calculate the commission for the school and send it directly in to your school bank account.

MOP UP DAYS
BOOK YOUR CHILD INTO A PHOTO SESSION AT THE STUDIO
We know not everyone can make their session at school due to illness or other. We do offer ‘Mop Up’ sessions for all of our nurseries and schools at a studio in Burnopfield, County Durham. As we cover many schools and nurseries in the North East we do our studio sessions on certain dates so we can invite everyone together. We do ask for a £10 deposit which will come off the balance of your photos. We do this to avoid any time wasters.
